Wobble Board – Tone muscles while working

Studies show that for every age group and fitness level, balance training helps prevent falls and injuries. The Rocker Board and Wobble Boards are excellent for improving balance, co-ordination and confidence. Handcrafted from top quality non-flexing plywood with an oak finish and non-slip surface for improved safety. These boards are extremely hard-wearing and safe for use in shoes, socks or bare foot.

Begginer Rocker Board
20" Square with rocker base 180° motion.
Maximum angle of tilt 14°.

Intermediate Wobble Board.
20" diameter disc 360° movement.
Choice of 10°,12° or 15° angle of tilt

Advanced Wobble Board.
16" diameter disc 360° movement.
Choice of 15°, 17° or 20° angle of tilt.
